About Paul Heatherman

Paul Heatherman began his private practice in Bend in 1995 and specializes in real estate, business, estate planning and landlord-tenant. Paul is a former governor of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.

A graduate of Willamette Univ. College of Law (1993), Paul was an editor of the Law Review.
He clerked for the Honorable Paul De Muniz at the Oregon Court of Appeals, from 1993-95.

For three years, he was on the Oregon State Bar Procedures and Practice Committee, which reviews and proposes improvements to laws that govern litigation.
